Meals

All menus are planned with a Registered Dietitian and meet 1/3 of the required RDA for a senior's daily dietary needs.

Each meal usually includes:

Diners have a choice from two entrees. Diabetic Desserts are available in lieu of a baked good or sweet dessert, when requested by the diner at the time of his/her meal reservation.

Nutrition Council members are involved in the menu planning process.

Each diner is provided with a monthly menu which includes an educational newsletter.

We also serve a kosher menu, which meets 1/3 of the dietary RDA intake for a senior.
